Notes From The Artist

This is my debut album and my first pianoless trio recording. This record is a passion of the thing i have dreamed. Bob-Virun Lertpanyawai(Sweets Records) help, support and give me the biggest opportunity to relay and finish up this dream with the most energy, imagery and input. I cannot thank him enough!

I wrote and designed all the material for the session, specifically for Guide(Bass) and Pae(Drums). Then we recored in a very simple way. I also got a very special guest on the last track who is always my hero "Julien Wilson"(Australian) on Tenor Saxophone!!

The compositions here are about my passion and inspiration. I also wrote one original paying tribute to Our Beloved His Late King Bhumibol Adulyadej that has inspired me a lot to ended up my debut album.

The album was recorded at College of Music, BSRU Recording Studio. The album consists of A Royal's Composition written by Our Beloved His Late King Bhumibol Adulyadej "Old-Fashioned Melody"(1965), Five covers - Larry Shay, Mark Fisher and Joe Goodwin's "When You're Smiling"(1928) - Based On Louis Armstrong's version, Harry Warren and Mack Gord's "The More I See You"(1945), Johnny Green, Edward Heyman, Robert Sour and Frank Eyton's "Body And Soul"(1930), Sigmund Romberg and Oscar Hammerstein II's "When I Grow Too Old Too Dream"(1934) and includes an original written by myself paying tribute to Our Beloved His Late King Bhumibol Adulyadej "Song For Our Father"(2016).

First of All I would like to say thank you so very much to my father, mother, sister, my sweetheart(Sweetie Wan), my lovely son(Nong Ten), mother-in-law(Khun Mae Tun), sister-in-law(P'Preem), big brother(P'Tae) for all the support and love through my life.

Thank you so much Bob-Virun Lertpanyawai for giving the biggest opportunity and making this dream come true.
